Your health and Web3

I have conversations with my peers on making money and your health, which is more important but most of us are more keen on making the dough. The truth is that health is the most crucial thing and working in web 3 can be detrimental to our health but most of us arent ready for this conversation.
With that said, i have highlighted ten (10) ways we can help improve our health even while working on web3;

  1. Maintain a good posture when sitting and using your computer; stop slouching, this not only affects your posture and confidence but affects your internal organs as well.

  2. Limit your take of coffee or energy drinks, drink more of water incessantly, you can also try alkaline water, chamomile tea or herb infused water.

  3. Use bluelight glasses when working to protect your eyes from harmful blue rays.

  4. Try chamomile tea, it works, it relieves stress and anxiety and helps improve sleep, this is something i use and have recommended to other people.

  5. Eat more of healthy foods and less processed food, im not saying you should go vegan but make your diet more healthy, incorporate vegetables and fresh fruit smoothies along.

  6. Sleep!!!..yes i kmow sometimes we sacrifice sleep for work but always create time to sleep and rest to recover from worn out, lack of sleep causes memory loss!!

  7. Try and exercize at least once or twice a week, its necessary to keep you fit and improve your muscles and overall function of your system.

  8. Weight training; this is optional but i promise you that creating time to weight train at home or at the gym is one of the best things you can do for yourself this year and beyond, it improves your mind and focus along with your muscles and strength.

  9. Add a live plant to your workplace; plants like aleovera, snake plant, spider plants are all beginner house plants that purify air in the house and improves your mood; organizing your workspace and environment also improves your mood.

  10. Lastly, take a walk in nature, walk your dog or pet, call that friend that makes you happy, all this help to recharge you from how drained you were.

awesome, especially number one. I am paying for it now that after working in the office for years. time to realign and lots of exercise to get my body back to what it should be.
