Whenever you brush your teeth with toothpaste, you do lots of scrubbing getting into the deep corners of your mouth to cleanse it thoroughly.
You do this for about 3 to 5 minutes then you rinse and go…
*Well you’re doing it wrong. Toothpaste is made to contain cleansing agents which make your teeth white and sparkly after brushing. *
But the brushing action alone won’t make your teeth clean enough.
Yes, after brushing, you need to spit out much of the foamy liquid in your mouth.
But then, stay for AT LEAST 15 MINUTES before rinsing your mouth with water. This will allow the toothpaste’s active ingredients like Fluoride and Zinc to further cleanse your teeth and Gums giving you Whiter teeth. Also reduces your risk of TOOTH DECAY significantly.
I thought to share this with you all this morning hope it helps:slightly_smiling_face:
