Well, I’ve seen some decent Youtube videos explaining the topic.
In my opinion, if a person you’re trying to explain to is not technical at all, it would be almost impossible to get any interest, as they would’nt understand basic concepts.

A blockchain is like a mall with many different stores housed under the same roof. The better the mall is constructed, located and is accessible, the more business will want to open up in that mall. All malls are not created equally, this is also true for blockchains.
