From what I know, I can list such factors as the geographical location of the server, reputation of applicants and of course health of a node.
Anyone else have any guesses? Please share. I wish you all good luck

In general, the team threw off the criteria, here:
- Diversity (geography / hosting provider)
- Reputation
- Protocol success negotiation
- Technical competence
