Wallet for iOS and Android?

There are many Aptos wallet already available. Some of them are excellent. Martian, Petra etc, if this is what you mean.

Do you mean native Aptos wallet? For now Trust wallet supports APT

I’ve seen this mobile wallet for aptos idk you can do your own research about it EVO Wallet - Aptos Mobile Wallet
Also Bluemove has an app though it is a marketplace focus they do still have integrated wallet in app for aptos

It is really convenient to track all transactions in the explorer, the link to which was sent earlier. Be careful with networks: You may have made a transfer on the test network, but you are doing a search on the mainnet, or vice versa.
