- Drink a cup of water first thing every morning before you brush your teeth.
- Exercise for atleast 30 minutes a day.
- Avoid/cut on junks.
- No soda/fizzy drinks or sweetened drinks.
- Get at least 6 hours of sleep daily.
- If you haven’t dewormed so far this year, deworm this month.
- Add vegetables to your diet.
- Spend at least 30 minutes everyday reading a book. Learn something new.
- Know that meat and eggs are not the enemies. Sugar, junks, seed oils are the enemies.
- Brush your dirty teeth every night before you go to bed.
