This new month do this

  1. Drink a cup of water first thing every morning before you brush your teeth.
  2. Exercise for atleast 30 minutes a day.
  3. Avoid/cut on junks.
  4. No soda/fizzy drinks or sweetened drinks.
  5. Get at least 6 hours of sleep daily.
  6. If you haven’t dewormed so far this year, deworm this month.
  7. Add vegetables to your diet.
  8. Spend at least 30 minutes everyday reading a book. Learn something new.
  9. Know that meat and eggs are not the enemies. Sugar, junks, seed oils are the enemies.
  10. Brush your dirty teeth every night before you go to bed.
  11. Repost for others.
