I think at the moment they are not of any benefit. Maybe they will be useful to participate in the testnet of some project

Testnet apt token is just a fun token, no actual value but will serve for a new people who would want to learn more about apt before investing in, example, like buying an nft they could just use the testnet token to see how buying nft actually works. Creating a project to test how it would look like before releasing it into the public (main).
