Don’t deceive yourself with 200 daily sit-ups; it won’t do anything for you. Don’t deceive yourself with planks and crunches; they won’t do anything for you. Don’t deceive yourself with waist trainer, slimming tea, or “belly-fat-burner-tea”; you will only lose money; at the end of the day, your extremely large and noticeable stomach will still be there, very much pronounced as usual.
