I received an email for the trust level two, but I cannot see the second badge, only the “Member Badge”, is it normal?

I Have the same your case , should we receive a badge when we reach the level 2? are you sure ?

you get member role in your profile its mean you promote to level 2 congrats 
check your personal message you should received a message from system that said you promote level2 and in other notofication you should see member badge
