It says that they have characteristics such as value, rarity, manageability and the possibility of sale, and belong to a virtual online property that should be protected by Chinese laws.

On the one hand it is unfortunate that crypto sphere is being regulated in some regions, but on the other hand it means that government understands that NFTs and cryptocurrencies are a pretty big deal :smiley:
