My wallet’s Aptos scan isn’t up to date

When I scanned my wallet using Aptos scan, my transactions are not indexed up to date and the count isn’t up to date too. Anyone has a solution or where I can get up to date transaction count

Try troubleshooting first, I suggest isolating the issue: Start by importing and testing it out on an alternative Aptos wallet app. If everything works smoothly there, consider updating the extension for the wallet app you’re having issues with.
