They’re working on memory issues
AIT2
More geographical distribution compared to AIT1
Figured out how latency affects your participation.
They will be looking at all week’s data and want to reward people who actually
spent their time working with their nodes, so don’t worry if your leaderboard scores are not high enough
There were 4 updates, a config update. The network was working well during that time.
People were seeing a lot of traffic, which ultimately helped the team improve the network.
Later this week there will be a survey for AIT2
Tell them more about your servers and they might help save more money in the future
Technical part
Parallel transactions even for the same field.
“Temporary” tokens. Owning a token for a certain amount of time, after which another person can get their hands on it. Haven’t explored this much yet.
Windows support is quite possible in the future

Nodes
Aptos has nodes in different regions, they have an understanding of what and how works even in rare locations.
There will be options for how much history you want to store. Options for people who want to run nodes both on relatively weak hardware and on more expensive hardware.
It is difficult to test nodes on servers with older architecture, but they try to support newer generations.
Other
The forum is a great place to discuss long-term discussions
They are still busy with devnet and testnet, so no announcements about mainnet yet.
