Mental Health In Web3 Space

The Web3 space can be really exhausting at times because we’re trying to stay updated and not miss the next 10000x. Lots of hours on our screens, always indoors and for some distancing from irl relationships which is really sad to see.
Tips to stay afloat mentally:

  1. Make good friends in the space, you can’t do it alone.
  2. Make good use of your time, avoid twitter bants and unnecessary convos.
  3. Touch grass or take evening walks to freshen up your mind.
  4. Stay hydrated.
  5. Stay hydrated.
