you’re indeed supposed to have one, if you can’t mint, then you will have to buy one.

You need to be a holder of a lens handle and an active user if they will be a $lens airdrop in future.
For now, it seems a bit difficult to get hold of one since lens is still in the beta stage.
But you can get one from opensea. It is worth about $200.
