BREAKING: X is getting rid of likes and reposts

This is EXCELLENT news for small accounts and X overall for many reasons:
- It will no longer be about social proof. Just quality of content
- The biases against small accounts will disappear
- Engagement farming will be less pronounced
- An improved cleaner UI
