I have used delegated staking on Martian. How do I unstake it?

It’s easy…… go to where u stake then unstake it

Obviously it’s not easy so I’m asking.
I can unstake the ones stakes on Tortuga but not the delegated stakes

It takes 30 days after staking to unstak if you used Tortuga finance

After 30 days, go to Tortuga website
Connect your wallet, you’ll see your active staking
Click on it to unstake

I already did the tortuga ones on martian, my problem is with the delegated stakes

Users can stake APT directly in Aptos Explorer or choose from a couple of staking interfaces created by their partners:

• Aptos Explorer

In Wallet Staking:

• Fewcha Wallet → Tutorial

Staking Portals:

• Pontem Network → Tutorial
• NodesGuru → Tutorial {I personally use}
• Tortuga
