Then find early upcoming projects and they are tools for this
Have a good twitter account cause most projects ask for your twitter handle
Follow people who talk about jobs on twitter
Enter a community and find a problem and a solution then peach yourself

I’ve asked people who became masters in this area, they advised me to go networking in my city, like business breafast etc. Just try to look for some offline activities and talk with people that share you area of interests
