How to check the tokens, LP tokenns, Farms in of the wallet

Hi all, when I was testing the dApps that are on the blockchain, I put the coins in liquidity.
After a week I decided to pull them out of liquidity, but the problem is that I forgot what protocol I had put them in. It took me a long time to remember, but then I came across Aries Market, they have a built-in wallet tracker.
I would love to see a built-in tracker like DeBank or Zerion - Aries Market is the closest thing to being the #1 tracker on Aptos.
