Gitcoin Passport has added a new feature where you can mint your passport on onchain. It is currently active on the Optimism network and the Linea and PGN networks are also going to be added:
According to the picture, click on the 
symbol in the upper part next to your score and mint it.
Cost: $2 Eth on the OP network
