Have you bought a domain? How fair is the price? Personally, it seems to me expensive for a novice ecosystem, can anyone explain how the price is regulated, who determines the price?

Regulation means CENTRALIZATION. So as a DECENTRALIZED project nobody regulate the price. The market regulate itself.

It deppends on popoularity of the url , default url`s cost about 20$, more popular domains cost more expansive
