I think cyprto market won’t rise up soon.
“Crypto winter might last longer this time,” says CoinLedger CEO David Kemmerer. “That’s because of macroeconomic factors: 40-year highs in inflation, rising borrowing costs, and political instability following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.”
The twin headwinds from high inflation and Federal Reserve rate hikes have dealt a double whammy to both stock and crypto markets. Risky assets like stocks and cryptocurrencies suffer when interest rates rise.
That’s because higher interest rates drain liquidity from the economy. The riskier an asset is, the harder it is hit by high interest rates. When interest rates rise, it is no longer so easy for companies to make investments with debt capital. Growth is slowed down.
In addition, there are now again lower-risk ways for investors to generate interest - for example with a fixed -term deposit account . As a result, they invest less in risky assets when interest rates rise.
But I am sure that despite this tight situation, our Aptos will rise up due to its identity and smart strategy.
