Can one lose his/her badges for being inactive? If yes how can one reclaim those badges back?

everyone has lost their badges. they just dissappeared. it may be a bug

Before Aptos could allocated my one and only membership badge to my account it took a while why some of my mate got several badges without stress. I also thought it’s might be a bug from the Aptos server.
