Can't see my badges or even the badges page

I can’t find my badges and even the badges page is only showing the ‘Trust level’ and ‘Employee’ badges. Is anyone else experiencing this or does my account have an issue. Please I need answers

Go to your account and click on the Badge symbol. You will see all the badge you have accumulated
