I let them both run in my computer (brave browser tabs) for about 8 hours. I learned you can close the tabs and claim later when i accidentally closed one.
I got .69 Goerli Eth and about 1.8 Sepolia ETH.
You can get 1 Goerli ETH per 12 hours and 2.5 Sepolia ETH per 12 hours.
My favorite part is just pasting my address in and not having to connect my wallet.
