On October 19, 2022, the LayerZero, a trustless omnichain interoperability protocol,-powered Aptos Bridge went live. Users will be able to transfer USDC, USDT, and ETH into Aptos with the help of this deployment from Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, Polygon, and Binance Smart Chain. Users can also take their money out of the Aptos ecosystem, although there is now a 3-day transfer window in place to protect the network. This will get worse as stability and duration in production rise, claims LayerZero Labs.
