My team and I have been professionally validating for more than two years.
We validate various chains, such as substrate(kusama/polka/etc), tendermint, solana, eth2, and many other.
Participated in many testnets and later switched to the mainnet.
We use different provider for node hosting in different region.
For monitoring use graphana and prometheus and other tool and some self writing script for update/instal node and for restarting or alerting if smth going wrong.
