Can you tell me how it will be in IDO, when the summary is too small for participiants of IDO. What allocation per user can be and how it calculate?

In order to participate in the ABEL Finance IDO on AptosLaunch you have to meet certain criteria.

The TLDR is as follows:
There are 7 tier levels
Newbie = 0 ALT
Bronze = 2,000 ALT
Silver = 5,000 ALT
Gold = 10,000 ALT
Diamond = 20,000 ALT
Platinum = 50,000 ALT
Champion = 100,000 ALT
You have to hold ALT to qualify for IDO allocation. Higher Tier holders will have more privileges in early participation and will receive higher allocations.
